FULLY DONE FOR YOU CUSTOM WEBSITE
A broader custom build, with the website-shaped work held in one place.
For an established service business with a more involved website project and little appetite for coordinating separate content, design and technical strands.
You do not need another project to manage.
A more involved website can bring a surprising number of moving parts. Content decisions, page structure, design, technical setup and launch details all need to meet in the same place.
This route gives the project one clear point of responsibility, whilst keeping your knowledge and decisions where they belong: at the centre of the work.
More support, not a mystery package.
Fully Done For You is an extended Signature Website scope. It is designed for work that needs more content involvement, coordination or technical depth than a standard Signature project.
The exact responsibilities, inclusions and boundaries are written into the proposal. Nothing important is hidden inside the phrase ‘done for you’.
It may fit if
- The website needs a more involved structure across several offers or audiences.
- You need more extensive content support than the refinement included in Signature.
- The project includes more involved functionality, integrations or a sizeable content move.
- You want one experienced person to hold the website-shaped workload together.
What the proposal covers
- Discovery, positioning and project direction.
- Website structure, hierarchy and visitor journey.
- The agreed level of content planning, writing or refinement.
- Custom Squarespace design and responsive build.
- The agreed pages, functionality, integrations and technical setup.
- Testing, launch, training, tailored handover resources and six months of agreed aftercare.
Process
- Conversation Understand the business, the website problem and the level of support needed.
- Scope Agree responsibilities, pages, functionality, timing and investment in a clear proposal.
- Direction Settle the positioning, structure, content plan and visual approach.
- Build Create, review and test the agreed website.
- Launch & aftercare Hand over clearly and stay involved whilst the website meets the world.
If the standard Signature scope is enough, I’ll say so. Bigger is not automatically better.
A few FAQs
If your question isn’t answered here, feel free to get in touch. I’m always happy to talk things through and work out what makes sense for you.
-
Signature remains the right route for most established service businesses. Fully Done For You is for a broader remit that needs more content involvement, coordination or technical depth.
-
No. Your knowledge and timely decisions still matter. I hold the website-shaped workload and guide the process, rather than expecting you to become the project manager.
-
The website includes the pages the agreed strategy needs. There is no arbitrary page-count cap, and there is no vague promise of unlimited pages. The structure is written into the proposal.

Yes, where it supports the business
-
Yes. Custom projects can be paid in monthly instalments over three or six months. The total investment and exact schedule are set out in the proposal.
A little flexibility, if you need it
Good website help should feel accessible, not out of reach. So where it makes sense, there are a few ways to spread the cost.
Pay in full
If you’d rather get everything settled from the start, you can pay the full amount upfront.
Spread the cost
Split your investment across 2–3 payments, timed around the project so it feels a little easier to manage.
Need a little longer?
For larger projects, a 3–6 month payment plan may be available so you can spread the cost without putting the website on hold.
A £100 deposit secures your place and comes off the final balance — it isn’t an extra fee, just the first part paid early.
Hello, I'm Debbie
I’m the founder and designer behind Bright Horizon Creative.
For a more involved website project like this, you’re working directly with me throughout — from the early thinking and scope through to the build, launch and aftercare. I’ll help untangle what the website needs, keep the moving parts organised and make sure the project stays clear, considered and manageable from start to finish.
