    I’ll review your request and let you know how much time it’s likely to take before any work begins.
    Support is billed at £30 per hour, so everything is clear upfront.

  • 3. It’s taken care of

    I handle the update and let you know once it’s complete.
    Most requests are resolved within 1–2 business days.
