How I work & when I'm available
I'm here to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible. You can expect clear, thoughtful communication throughout — with responses within 24 hours, Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm. For anything more urgent, WhatsApp is always an option.
I'll always be honest with you about timelines and what's realistic. No overpromising, no disappearing acts — just straightforward guidance at every stage.
After launch, post-launch support is included for refinements and any technical tweaks, with ongoing support options available as your business continues to grow.
