How It Works

Once your proposal is approved, you'll receive your agreement and a £100 deposit link to secure your place in the BHC design calendar.

Pay in Full

Ideal if you like everything wrapped up from the start. Quick, seamless, and done.

Split Payments

For larger projects, I can create a 3–6 month schedule — so you can spread the cost a little further without delaying your website.

Extended Plans

A £100 deposit secures your place and is deducted from your final balance — so it's never an extra cost, just an early one.

Questions

  • No — all payment plans are completely interest-free, and there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. The price we agree on is the price you pay.

  • Yes, you can change your plan up until your project start date. After that, we'll stick with what was agreed — but if something changes unexpectedly, just get in touch and we can talk it through.

  • If a payment is missed, work will pause until it's cleared. I'll always send a gentle reminder first — life happens, and I understand that. If you're facing a difficult moment, just let me know and we'll figure something out.

  • Yes — one complimentary reschedule is included in every project. If you need to pause for any reason, we can arrange that without any extra cost.

  • The £100 deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable — so if your timing changes, it can be moved to a future project rather than lost.
